Disable Open All Mail

Is that “Open All” button in the mailbox frame giving you problems? Have you ever hit it accidentally and flooded your inventory with expired auction items? Why not get rid of it? Actual classic WOW didn’t have that button anyhow, so who needs it?

This is the addon for you! It does exactly one thing: disables that pesky “Open All” button.

Tested and working on 1.13.2. Theoretically, this should also work fine on 8.2.0, but I haven’t tested it and can’t promise anything.
