Bloodfang – Rogue Simcraft

BloodFang is a Rogue Combat Simulation and TheoryCraft addon. This is my first ever addon I’ve created, please send me any feedback or bug reports you may have to

BloodFang is currently still in development, but I wanted to get it out there and get some opinion on it.

Currently BloodFang can:

Scrape your Character Data on log in and use the Stats to calculate your White and Yellow melee hit tables for Boss Level creatures (+3).

In Development:

Lightweight Estimation Simulation for a quick idea of DPS output

Intensive Simulation with repeats to get accurate DPS output

Talent Drafting for Build Simulations

Gear Swapping Simulations for comparing item upgrades (Including off-spec support)

Full Custom Talent Point Simulations to suggest the best builds for Raiding

This addon has been entirely developed between the BFA client and a Sandbox version of the Classic Wow Beta. This should function correctly on Classic release, but there are likely some issues that will need addressing, particularly with character stats.

This currently only functions for Rogues, but if I get enough interest I could look to extend it to other Melee classes such as Warrior.

v1.01 is now out! This contains some bug fixes, optimization and added Talent functionality. This can now also output your offensive character stats (Beta).

Totem Guru

TotemGuru is designed to allow you to see all the totems dropped by the shammy’s in a raid. The idea being to see immediately if any totems are missing (i.e. everyone has dropped the same totems meaning that buffs are missing) and also to make the totems more visible as it can be hard to see the totems with 25 people stood on them).

Show Totems dropped by Raid/Party/All Shammy’s.
Re-ordering of player list
Manual Refresh(clear all) of totems/chars
Tooltips identifying the Totems in the window
Cooldown timers on totems (added in V0.9b)
Warning icons for missing totems
Buff detection (still in development)
Auto Show hide for raids (i.e. hides when not in an instance)

Youtube videos

So far there is only one video up showing the range checking in action. This can be found at TotemGuru range checking

Future Version update Ideas(Ideas as in they may not make it in to the addon)

Druid Bar Classic

Druid Bar is a movable mana bar that keeps track of your current mana, even in a shapeshifted form like bear or cat.

Slash Commands

There are 2 available

  • /druidbar
  • /dbar

Either may receive a number of parameters:

  • on / off / toggle / vis / width / height / hide / lock / replace / player / text / message / status / debug / color

Explanation of the parameters:

  • on/off/toggle: This will toggle running of the addon. toggle switches between on and off.
  • vis: This will enable or disable any and all graphical stuff. if you use with other addons like StatusBars or Linoleum, turn it off. If not, leave it on ^^
  • width <#>: This will let you set the width of the bar.
  • height <#>: This will let you set the height of the bar.
  • percent: This toggles between 3 options: Showing Raw mana, showing %Mana, and showing both. Works for both the normal bar and Replace.
  • hide: This will toggle on/off the hiding of the bar when in caster form.
  • full: This will toggle on/off the hiding of the bar in animal forms when your mana is at 100%
  • lock: This will toggle on/off locking the position of the bar.
  • replace: This will replace the Player Frame’s mana bar, splitting it into two when shifted.
  • player: This will make the bar show up directly under the Player Frame. You know, where a lot of other addons like to place your Experience Bar.
  • text: This will toggle between 3 options: No text, “Classic” text, or “Modern” Text. (Modern having a border, Classic having no border). This option carries over for both the normal bar and the replaced bar.
  • status: This will list the status of all the toggles in your chat window. Simple, Easy, Effective.
  • debug: dumps some junk into the chat frame to help me(and you) figure out why the bar is not subtracting the proper amount of mana.
  • color: Changes the color of the mana bar by rgb vales. works like
  •     /dbar color [r/g/b/a/#(0-1)] [#(0-1)] {#(0-1)}
  •     this way you can change a specific color at once (like /dbar color r 0.75)
  •     or all three at once (like /dbar color 1 0 0)

Can be raised on Discord above.

See you in Azeroth!

Talent Sequence

Talent Sequence is an addon for World of Warcraft Classic that adds the ability to import talents by level from the site bobo-talents to be shown along side the talent window. Additionally, you can click an icon in the list to learn that talent if you’re otherwise able.

TotemTimers aims to help managing totems, shields, and weapon buffs, showing additional info about active totems (range, cooldowns) and provides additional totem sets. For enhancement shamans (and soon for ele/resto also) it provides additional timers displaying the cooldown of the most important spells and the number of Maelstrom Weapon stacks. TT supports ButtonFacade and rActionButtonStyler for customizing its appearance.

A big thanks to all who kept the localization of TT up-to-date. To make that easier I switched to the localization system at CurseForge. There you can find and edit missing entries more easily and you don’t have to upload files anymore.

In TT the four totem timer buttons are referred to as Timers, the timer buttons for Reincarnation, shields and weapons are referred to as Trackers.

Hovering over a timer button opens a flyout menu containing buttons for all totems for that timer’s element. Leftclicking a button casts that totem, rightclicking assigns that totem to the active multicast spell and to the timer button; leftclicking the timer button will then cast this totem. The assigned totem is displayed as a small icon (referred to as mini icon) in the lower right corner of the timer button. The last button of each flyout menu serves to delete a totem from the active multicast spell.

The weapon buff tracker also has a flyout menu: Leftclicking will cast a spell; rightclicking assigns it as the leftclick spell to the tracker button; shift-rightclicking assigns it as the rightclick spell to the tracker button (TT 10.1). The flyout menu contains two spell combos for enhancement shamans that can be assigned to the tracker button as leftclick only (by rightclick). Then the first leftclick on the tracker button casts Windfury Weapon, the second leftclick casts either Flametongue or Frostbrand.

Additional Totem Sets

The reincarnation (or ankh) tracker serves as an anchor for up to 8 totem sets. Rightclicking the ankh tracker saves the configuration of the active multicast spell. Leftclicking the ankh tracker opens a menu with all totem sets, each menu button displays four icons containing its saved totems. Leftclicking a menu buttons loads that set to the active multicast spell, overwriting the active totem configuration. Rightclicking a menu buttons deletes its set.

Add button bars for quick access to totem spells for the Shaman and to trap spells for the Hunter.

Spells are added to the bars automatically when you learn spells.

Each button has a timer to track the remaining life time of this totem/trap.

You can use the context menu to change many settings.

Spec switching is managed automatically. When the second spec is activated for the first time, the settings are duplicated. Then, all changes made to the configuration are only done to the current spec, and the inactive spec is untouched.

/flototembar panic|reset

/flototembar unlock

/flototembar lock

/flototembar auto
