Extended Character Stats

A simple addon to list all the available stats not displayed in the character info pane by default.

Rewrote the entire addon to accommodate for configuration settings. Addon now supports configuration per character, just type /ecs config to toggle what should be display in the ECS window. /ecs toggle added for toggling the UI display.
